It is essential you let us know what kind of facilities are accessible at your location. Running water? Hot water? Electricity? Shade or cover from rain? We can provide the necessary resources to run a full service depending on what you have available already and what we will need to bring. All details will be asked about during the consultation so no detail is missed.

By having these details thought about, we can spend less time corresponding and more time making your event perfect for what you need!
If you choose a package with drinks per person, we can give you tokens that you can deal out to your guests. When the guest comes to collect a new drink at the bar, we take one token per drink. It's an easy fuss free way of making sure your guests all get an equal amount and for us to keep track of drinks given out. You as the event host can deal out as many or few tokens to your guests as you choose.
First you check out our website, which is seems you are already doing! We have packages and price examples to give you an idea of what you'll be looking to pay and menu's to give you idea's for drinks. Check your location is in the area boundary.
You can enquire with us and let us know the specific details of your event. Email us directly with as much information as you can! We will respond back to arrange a free consultation with you via phone or video call. During the consultation we can talk through all the details from drinks to guest counts and prices. This is a great time for us to get to know you and your event as best we can, and for you to get the most bespoke experience possible. You can ask us any lingering questions and understand if this is something you would like to book for your event. After the free consultation, we will send you an email with all the discussed event details and quotes of prices, as discussed in the call.
If you decide you would like to book with us, you can click the link in your email to put down a deposit on your date of choice. We recommend doing this as not to loose your date! We will also send you a full document of the agreed upon terms/details of your event and an invoice of the full payment. It can also be broken down into chunks, which we will discuss in the call what method of payment is easiest for you. Once you sign the document and pay the invoice, your event is booked!
Sit back and let us sort out all the drinks for you! You can contact us anytime with questions or important event information. On the day of the event, we will turn up with our bar, set it up in plenty of time for the service start time and churn out delicious drinks for you and your guests. We will deal with all the dirty glasses and rubbish. After the event is over (or the service time is due to end) we will pack away and leave our area as clean as we found it. A bespoke service means a bespoke price and payment. There will be a deposit required to book your event date and ensure no one else can book us. Next we will send you an invoice of the full payment as agreed upon in our correspondence. If you wish to break up the payment into chunks, we can do that for you. Payments will be expected within 7 days of receiving the invoice. We use the payment system Stripe, so you can rest assured your money is safe and secure.
Deposits to book your date are non refundable. Please make sure you are willing to go through with payment or loose your deposit if you change your mind.
If you wish to cancel your event a month or before, you will be refunded all balance you have paid, apart from the deposit. If you wish to cancel within a month (30 days) of the event, you will be refunded 50% of the total.
If we at Mixing Mobile Bartending have any disaster that prevents us from getting to your event, we will refund you fully. If this happens on the day of, or a week before your event, we will compensate you money as an apology for pulling out last minute. We endeavour for this never to be necessary, but in case of emergencies, know we will do right by you. We want your event to go stress free and our bookings mean the world to us.
If any large scale event stops your event from happening from both parties, (pandemics, natural disasters etc) you will be given back your full total no questions asked, or rescheduled to a new date if applicable and agreed upon by both parties.

Mixing Mobile Bartending will travel within the limits of Portsmouth and the surrounding areas for free. This means anything with a PO at the beginning of the Post Code. Any mile further required will incur a fee per mile and must be discussed during consultation. Mixing Mobile Bartending will not travel more than 1 hour from Portsmouth at this current time.
