Our Price Ethos

It's difficult to give a price list when every event is so unique in its details. Here are some packages and examples for you to help you gauge the ballpark figure for your event.

We want to be completely transparent and not lead you into any nasty surprises like most services do. Planning an event is a lot and we want to make your process as easy and straightforward as possible. No emailing everyone on the Internet only to find out it's way out of budget!

We like to make the math as easy for you as we can. Imagine a cocktail for £7.50. (Pretty cheap for a bespoke cocktail, might we add.) For an all you can drink evening, people tend to drink 6 to 8 drinks a night. So each guest would cost between £45 to £60. Times that by how many guests you have and you have a reliable figure for how much you'll need to spend!

We want everyone to afford their bar and have all sorts of finance options to help you. Pay bit by bit along with your paycheck? We have a plan for that. Want to give your guests chips per drink so you don't have to buy the full unlimited package? Can do! Want your guests to help finance it by buying their own drinks? We can do cash/card service to lessen the load for you as the event host. (After all, buying an evening of cocktails for a whole party? Come on, we know that's not affordable for everyone.)

Whatever your event and budget, we really want to help you and be as transparent as we can. A lot of services don't do this because they are scared of driving you away with big numbers and want to lure you in first. We want to play things a little differently and hope you appreciate our transparency and efforts to make our services affordable.

Our packages are set deals that you could purchase for your event. We have a variety that give you different service lengths, number of drinks per person and payment options. So whatever your needs are, have a look and see which fits you the best. All our packages can be tweaked and adapted for your event, so you can make your night and your total price, custom.

Our most popular package! Perfect for an afternoon or evening session. This will get all your guests happily through the event with plenty of cocktails each. Comes with our bespoke cocktail options of choice and can include mocktail options should you wish, at no extra cost.

Ultimate Cocktail Bar

Duration: 5 Hours | Individual Cocktail Price £7.50

Unlimited Drinks - £60 per person

Have heavy drinkers in your party? Don't want to deal with tokens and limited drinks? Unlimited is the most stress free option for a host to deal with. Comes with our bespoke cocktail options of choice and can include mocktail options should you wish, at no extra cost.

Our cheapest and most affordable alternative for hosts! You pay a flat rate for the bar to come and your guests buy their own drinks. Share the load and lessen the price. Cash and Card payments will both be accepted. This bar can operate as a cocktail bar, mocktail bar or general drink bar.

Double Happy Hour

Duration: 2 Hours | Individual Cocktail Price £7.50

3 Drinks each - £22.50 per person

Just having a short get together? This package is for you. A great way for everyone to enjoy our premium cocktails at a lower cost than a full evening service. An excellent addition to a party or event that people will be buzzing about. A lot of value in such a short period of time for events on a time crunch.

Full General Bar

Duration: 5 Hours | Individual Drink Price £5.50

6 Drinks each - £33 per person

Not a cocktail person? No worries, we can do a general drink bar offering wine, spirits and mixers and beer. All our efficiency and expertise, with more standard beverage choices. You just let us know which options of drinks you want the bar to be offering and we'll work out a selection for your event. You will have 10 drink options to choose from, but can purchase each new option for £30 should you wish to increase the selection. Drink options will be subject to availability.

Ultimate General Bar

Ultimate Mocktail Bar

Duration: 5 Hours | Individual Drink Price £4.50

Unlimited Drinks - £36 per person

Want all the delicious fun without the effects of alcohol? With unlimited amounts of hydration? We at Mixing believe Mocktails should be just as delicious and luxurious as their boozy counterparts. Plus they are cheaper! Great for functions where you don't wish guests to be so inebriated and/or child friendly.

Variables

Remember, you can make your package custom! Here are some of the variables you might wish to change and price increases and decreases that would affect your total cost. If you have any changes that are not listed here, you can always email us to ask or ask us during your free consoltation. Your event is all about you and customisation, so feel free to ask for it!

Duration of Event

+£250 every extra hour.

-£250 every less hour.

Alcohol Included

Alcohol included as standard.

-£125 if client provides alcohol.

Cocktail Options

2 as Standard.

Extra £150 per cocktail option added.

Mocktails Added

During a cocktail bar service, any 1 token can count as 2 mocktails.

Cocktail Price

£7.50

Price can increase if cocktails asked for use extra premium ingredients.

General Drink Selection

For the general drink bar packages, you will receive 10 options of choice with wines, spirits and beers. If you would like to increase the options it will be £30 per new option added.

Payment Options

Everyone likes to pay differently and at their own pace and we want you to be financially comfortable with your payments to us. We expect each payment to be given within 7 days of receiving the invoice, whether it's the full total or a chunk of it. Each event is required to pay a deposit of £200 which is non refundable for cancellation. Deposits will count towards your total and are not an additional cost.

One Whack

Pay your balance all in one go, no fuss, no muss. No reminders or chasing up payments.

Halved

Pay in two halves. One upon receiving the invoice, and the second the month of the event.

Quartered

Pay in four chunks from the moment you get the invoice, until the last payment the month of the event.

Invoices will be sent online via Stripe's secure processing system.
